Annual Day of Dyslexia, a Structured Literacy Symposium

Elsa Cárdenas-Hagan is a bilingual speech and language pathologist, dyslexia therapist, certified academic language therapist and author of the book, Literacy Foundations for English Language Learners. In addition, Dr. Cardenas-Hagan is the Chairperson of the National Joint Committee on Learning Disabilities and is the Past Vice-Chairperson of the International Dyslexia Association, and is a recipient of the Margaret Byrd Rawson Lifetime Achievement Award by the IDA. Join us on February 12, 2024 from 8:30-1:30 at the Hill Learning Center in Durham. Participants may also choose to attend virtually at the Fletcher School in Charlotte for networking opportunities or attend virtually from home.
